About 4 months ago I was around 98kg and was over weight. My belly was that big, it was getting in the way. Within 3 months of the diet I had dropped down to around 88kg and I had more energy. So I decided to hit the gym. A month of the gym and now I've got a flat belly, not quite 6 pack yet, and I now weigh 80kg and my muscles are starting to become more defended and stronger as I train my body using weights.
